How to reheat a pie ?

A cold pie

Preheat the oven to 150-160°c and place a little oven proof dish in the oven with water (keeps the pastry from drying out)

Place the pies in the oven for 20 minutes. To check if it is ready prick with a knife and test if the blade is hot. If so the pie is ready, if not leave it for a few more minutes

A Frozen pie

Preheat the oven to 150-160°c and place a little oven proof dish in the oven with water (keeps the pastry from drying out)

Place the pies in the oven for 40 minutes. To check if it is ready prick with a knife and test if the blade is hot. If so the pie is ready, if not leave it for a few more minutes
